Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident shopping with StudioTu. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns: We accept returns of eligible, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping: For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Personalized and made-to-order items: Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds: Once an approved return is received and reviewed, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Final-sale items: Items specifically identified as final sale are not eligible for return.
